This is a hands-on role suited to an individual with strong handyman skills and a practical approach to general maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance duties, and general upkeep to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented. Key Responsibilities Carry out general handyman and maintenance tasks across the site. Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, and unblocking drains. Undertake basic electrical work such as replacing light fittings, bulbs, switches, and carrying out minor electrical repairs (within competency).
