Join us as we continue to create exceptional living experiences for our residents!Key Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in the upkeep of our stunning student accommodation scheme. Your responsibilities will include:Performing day-to-day reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.Conducting planned maintenance activities, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, and water hygiene monitoring.Carrying out regular building patrols to identify maintenance needs and health and safety risks.Completing scheduled flat inspections and addressing any identified issues promptly.Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including gas safety inspections and PAT testing.Ensuring all property documentation files are up-to-date and compliant.Adhering to health and safety policies, including managing risk assessments ..... full job details .....
