If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, this is the job for you!Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across our building.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and site management.Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unblocking sinks, and replacing taps.Undertake minor electrical maintenance such as changing light fittings and bulbs (where competent and authorised).Perform general carpentry repairs, from adjusting doors to repairing furniture.Conduct painting, decorating, and touch-up work to uphold accommodation standards.Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and residential units.Support room turnaround activities during student move-in and move-out periods.Assist with health and safety checks to ..... full job details .....
