Maintenance Operative Painter and Decorator (12-Week Contract)We''re looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our team on a 12-week fixed-term contract to carry out redecoration works after students have vacated our accommodation.Location: Bradford (based in Bradford)Contract: 12 weeksHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmPay: 12.71 per hourThe role involves preparing surfaces, painting, decorating, and carrying out general redecoration to ensure rooms and communal areas are ready for incoming students.Previous painting and decorating experience is preferred.
