Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Operative!Key Responsibilities:Carry out refurb work in properties inc carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering.Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the facilities are in top condition.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks.Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
