      <description>Location: Bradford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Temporary | Job PurposeThe Maintenance Operative is responsible for ensuring that student accommodation buildings, communal areas, and facilities are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, health and safety checks, and supporting the overall operation of the accommodation.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and RepairsCarry out general maintenance and repair work across accommodation buildings and communal areas.Respond promptly to maintenance requests raised by students and staff.Diagnose faults and undertake corrective actions where appropriate.Support room changeovers and refurbishment projects during peak periods.Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Undertake scheduled maintenance tasks in accordance with maintenance plans.Conduct regular inspections of buildings, plant, equipment, and facilities.Record maintenance activities and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.Health, Safety and ComplianceEnsure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.Conduct routine safety checks includin...</description>
