Days - Monday to Friday6am till 2.30pm6am till 1.30pm (Friday)Pay Rates: 12.21 per hour The role involves carrying out various facility activities, including basic plumbing, painting and decorating, internal building care, and outdoor amenities upkeep.Additionally, the position supports maintenance activities under the supervision of maintenance engineers.Responsibilities include:Conducting and assisting with audits of key site safety systems, such as fire alarms, safety lighting, and site security systems, while ensuring all data is recorded within structured systems.
