The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, Housing Management teams and the Maintenance Manager to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Location: LondonSalary: £ (PAYE) per/hrContract: Temporary-PermanentWorking Pattern: Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services across residential properties. Log repairs, raise works orders and maintain accurate records using a computerised repairs management system. Carry out pre- and post-inspections, estate inspections and quality control checks to ensure works meet required standards. Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, response times, quality standards and contractual requirements. Scrutinise contractor invoices, including labour, materials and agreed rates, and process/approve purchase orders and invoices.
