It is envisaged that this role will be recruited by the Association on a permanent basis in due course.The Association has a portfolio which includes supported housing, housing for the elderly and general family accommodation.Your new role You will ensure the delivery of an effective response maintenance service which will include:Responding directly to tenant queries regarding maintenance requests and processing requests in accordance with the association''s policy and procedures.Undertaking detailed inspection of void properties, bringing them back to a suitable standard within agreed timeframes.Monitoring contractor performance, ensuring conditions of contracts are complied with.Maintaining an effective filing and computerised diary system in respect of housing maintenance issues, updating property information and maintenance activity.Reviewing and authorising contractor payments.What you''ll need to succeed To be considered...
