Maintenance Officer

Maintenance Officer Salary: £25,887 - £27,385 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Location: Roving role - Sites across the North East (and Occasionally Cumbria) About us Groundwork North East and Cumbria is an established environmental and community charity with over 30 years experience supporting communities to improve their local areas and create better opportunities for people. About the role We re looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer to take pride in looking after our buildings and sites. This is a practical, varied role where you ll use your skills to carry out day-to-day repairs, maintenance and compliance checks across multiple locations. Job Purpose Supported by our Facilities and Maintenance team, you ll be trusted to manage your own workload, solve problems on the spot, and keep our sites running smoothly making a real difference to the people who use them.
