This is an excellent opportunity for a building maintenance professional to join a busy regional maintenance team, ensuring repairs to housing properties are delivered to the required cost, quality and time standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out inspections of properties to authorise contractors to undertake maintenance work. Inspect completed works to ensure they meet required standards and authorise payment where appropriate.
