What''s on Offer £34,000 - £37,500 basic salary, depending on experience Overtime Monday to Friday working - no weekend shifts Annual salary reviews 5-stage training programme with progression to Master Technician 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Holiday entitlement increasing to 30+ days with service Birthday day off Pension and life assurance The Role Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on commercial rental vehicles Inspecting vehicle systems and components to ensure they are safe and operating correctly Identifying worn or defective components and carrying out repairs or replacement Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and accurately Test driving vehicles where appropriate and where the correct driving licence is held Accurately recording all work completed on the relevant computer systems Completing paperwork and job handovers to the Workshop Manager / Lead Technician Ensuring vehicles are left in a safe and roadworthy condition Working safely and maintaining high workshop standards What We''re Looking For NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification Previous experience working with ..... full job details .....
