This is a key leadership role focused on driving a proactive, continuous improvement culture while supporting the business through its ongoing growth and transformation. Responsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment.Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.Manage a team of maintenance engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.Manage a team of maintenance engineers, to challenge status quo and drive behavioural changeCoordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritise maintenance tasks and minimise disruptions to production schedules.Conduct ..... full job details .....
