Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electricalLead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipmentDelivery of excellent customer serviceHave knowledge of and operate hotel security and emergency proceduresProactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issuesBuild good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective outcomes for the businessAbility to work well under pressureA team player, working hand in hand with other departments
