Joining at a time of investment and company growth, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance function, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimising downtime and maintaining a safe, efficient and productive manufacturing environment. The Role Lead, manage and develop the maintenance team. Ensure all plant, machinery and facilities are maintained to a high standard. Develop and implement effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes. Identify opportunities to improve machinery efficiency, reliability and productivity. Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health & safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. Manage the maintenance budget and control expenditure.
