Maintenance Manager

Position: Site Manager Location: Preston Salary: 66,000 TXM Recruit is partnering with a prominent automation and intralogistics company to hire an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced automated distribution facility in Preston. This role will involve maintaining relations with clients, management of supervisors/team leaders, budget management and much more. The Ideal candidate will have experience working within the automated intralogistics sector. Key responsibilities Key Promote a strong safety culture and compliance to current HandS standardsOverall management of site with over 13 employeesProvide complete customer satisfaction whilst enhancing the reputation of the CompanyStrategically plan and manage site budgets and associated commercial activitiesMatch tasks with team skill-sets to ensure delivery of defined SLAManage, as the on-site representative, all system improvements and installationsTake a leading role relating to customer management and escalation managementManage all training requirements, both technical and regulatoryLead the site team and manage a diversity of skillsets from apprentices through to site supervisorsLead the management of long-term absence, utilising our Occupational Health partnership when needed, also working closely with the HR Coordinator to manage and reduce short-term absenceProduce reports and data analysis as requiredTime for project work and improving ways of working is essential, so you need to effectively manage the ..... full job details .....
