You will undertake daily site inspections, allocate work effectively, and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed service level agreements.You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, conducting engineer audits, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including completing appropriate risk assessments, will be a key part of your role.You will also lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, ensuring all communications and procedures are effectively implemented.
