Maintenance Manager

Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Manager (75% management and 25% hands on - heavily biased to management) - succession opportunity to Engineering Manager Salary: 50,000 to 55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for further progression Hours: Monday to Friday, DAYS ONLY, 40 hours a week - must be flexible Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Lichfield and surrounding areas Company We are recruiting for a large factory and company who are on the look-out for a motivated Maintenance Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager or Project Manager that has experience in leading, coordinating and driving teams to meet business and operational objectives. The role is heavily biased towards the driving teams, delegation of works and planning, CAPEX and budget management. The team you''ll be managing consists of around 20 Engineers. As part of this recruitment, they have made us aware this role has the opportunity to move up and into Engineering Manager as part of their succession planning. With this in mind, we need someone with ambition to progress and to manage a department or someone who is doing this presently - we are entertaining both and ideally looking for someone who has experience of CAPEX and Budget management.
