Maintenance Manager

Taplow House Hotel is a stunning Georgian boutique hotel set in four and a half acres of beautiful countryside, just a short drive from Windsor, Eton, Marlow, and less than 40 minutes from London. Following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, we are proud to be the areas newest luxury spa hotel and a recent recipient of the TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Award.We have exciting development plans ahead and are looking for a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Manager to join our growing team and ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring hotel facilities, bedrooms, spa, and public areas are consistently well-maintained and operationalCarry out general repairs, preventative maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, and decorating tasks as requiredWork collaboratively with external contractors, hotel leadership, and team members to resolve issues efficientlyEnsure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policiesMaintain records of inspections, repairs, and planned maintenance schedulesSupport the Head Gardener with general grounds maintenance when requiredRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or property maintenanceStrong practical knowledge in basic plumbing, electrics, painting, and general repair workExcellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive, can-do attitude with attention to detailFlexibility to respond to out-of-hours issues if requiredHours of Work:
