Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.Role Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all production and site maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimal downtime.The role has primary accountability for production maintenance and asset performance, with facilities management acting as a supporting responsibility to ensure the wider site infrastructure enables safe and effective operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance Management (Primary Focus): Lead, plan, and deliver preventative and reactive maintenance across all production equipment.
