This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business in a key leadership position, where you''ll be given the autonomy to drive engineering performance, improve reliability and support the site''s ongoing growth.

The company are recognised within their industry and continue to invest heavily in both their facilities and workforce. As a result, they are seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function and ensure the smooth operation of site-wide production equipment.

You will be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, managing engineers and contractors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager, Lead Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer with experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment who is looking to lead an established engineering team.

The Role:

• Lead all maintenance and engineering activities across site
• Manage PPM schedules, plant reliability and continuous improvement projects
• Oversee engineers, contractors and maintenance activities across site
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-16:00pm
• -62,000 - -65,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager / Lead Engineer / Senior Maintenance Engineer
• Strong Electrical Engineering background
• Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
• Commutable to Houghton Le Spring
