Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in heavy plant and mobile equipment? We''re recruiting for a hands-on leadership role within a busy and growing operation, overseeing the maintenance and performance of mobile plant and recycling equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of site-based work, team leadership and operational planning in a fast-paced environment. The Role: c£50,000 per annum Full time Company Vehicle provided Monday to Friday working pattern Training and development opportunities Permanent opportunity Company pension scheme Key Duties: Oversee maintenance and repair of mobile plant and equipment Manage preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown response Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers Monitor plant performance and minimise downtime Maintain maintenance records and liaise with suppliers/contractors Support day-to-day operational efficiency and safety standards Equipment Covered: Excavators / Diggers Loading Shovels Shredders and Crushers Skip Wagons and Trailers Hydraulic and Ancillary Plant Equipment Criteria: Experience in heavy plant or mobile equipment maintenance Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Good organisational and communication skills Ability to work both hands-on and administratively ..... full job details .....
