ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance across communal areas, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You''ll plan and deliver routine checks, respond to issues as they arise, and coordinate colleagues and contractors to keep the estate operating smoothly. Clear communication with residents, the managing agent and the on-site team will be central to your success.
