Maintenance Manager

I''m currently supporting a leading process manufacturing business with the appointment of an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead the site''s maintenance, reliability and project delivery function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to take ownership of a complex manufacturing operation, driving asset reliability, engineering standards, compliance and continuous improvement across the site. Working closely with Operations, HSE and senior leadership teams, you''ll be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable plant performance while supporting both CAPEX and OPEX project delivery. The Role As Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the site''s maintenance, reliability and engineering project functions, ensuring assets are maintained safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the site''s maintenance, reliability and engineering project delivery functions. Drive preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies to maximise plant availability and asset performance. Manage mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation assets, ensuring reliability, integrity and compliance. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, operational efficiency and cost reduction. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management and CMMS utilisation.
