Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical.Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment.Delivery of excellent customer service.Knowledge of and ability to operate hotel security and emergency procedures.Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues.Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective outcomes.Ability to work well under pressure.Team player who works cross-functionally with other departments.Come and be part of something new and something special — Work, Grow and Play the Village ..... full job details .....
