About the Role

I am recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business in Belfast. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment while managing a skilled engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site maintenance and engineering team.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, efficiency, and downtime reduction.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food manufacturing standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and engineering projects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled engineering background.
• Experience within manufacturing; food or FMCG experience is highly desirable.
