Maintenance ManagerLocation:Southall, England, United Kingdom Salary: Up to 71,000 + BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to support the Engineering Manager in leading the site''s engineering function and developing a high-performing team.This role is key to transforming the site from a reactive "repair culture" to a proactive continuous improvement environment, improving equipment reliability, operational performance, and overall efficiency.You will lead from the front, embedding best practices, strengthening technical capability, and ensuring full compliance across all engineering activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and OperationsLead planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise plant efficiency and reduce downtimeEnsure rapid and effective resolution of breakdowns impacting productionDrive improvements in equipment performance using continuous improvement techniquesSupport installation and commissioning of new equipmentMaintain site infrastructure, utilities, and plant rooms to required standardsCompliance and SafetyEnsure all engineering activities comply with health and safety, legal, and environmental standardsPromote a strong site safety culture, including safe systems of work and machine guardingMaintain audit readiness with high standards of hygiene, compliance, and documentationManage contractors and ensure adherence to company policiesMaintain accurate SOPs, risk assessments, and statutory inspection ..... full job details .....
