Maintenance Manager

We''re supporting a leading Build-to-Rent operator in the search for a proactive and customer-focused Maintenance Manager to join one of their flagship residential communities. This is an opportunity to take ownership of maintenance operations within a high-quality residential environment, leading a small on-site team while overseeing contractor performance, compliance, defect management, resident satisfaction, and the day-to-day upkeep of the development. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the building remains safe, compliant, and exceptionally well-maintained, while delivering a first-class living experience for residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across a large residential development Manage and support the on-site maintenance team Oversee contractors, suppliers, and defect remediation works Ensure health and safety, fire safety, and statutory compliance standards are met Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities Manage apartment inspections, turnarounds, and resident move-in/move-out works Monitor maintenance performance, work orders, and compliance records Deliver excellent resident service while supporting the overall operation of the community Your Requirements: Experience within BTR, PBSA, residential property, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment Previous experience managing contractors and service providers Strong understanding of health and safety, ..... full job details .....
