The company is known for investing in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement across operations.In this role, you will take full responsibility for leading the maintenance function on site, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring high levels of equipment uptime and performance.You will oversee both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM), manage breakdown response, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
