You will manage and develop the engineering team while remaining hands-on technically, supporting with fault-finding, breakdowns and maintenance when required.The site has a strong focus on engineering reliability, continuous improvement and maximising production uptime, making this an ideal role for someone who wants to make a genuine impact.The Role As Maintenance Manager, you will: Lead, manage and develop the engineering and maintenance team. Oversee planned preventative, reactive and breakdown maintenance. Remain hands-on and support engineers with electrical and mechanical fault-finding. Drive engineering standards, reliability and continuous improvement. Ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum. Manage engineering priorities and maintenance activities. Work closely with Production to improve site performance. Promote a strong health and safety culture across the engineering function.
