Maintenance ManagerLocation: Dudley, West MidlandsSalary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annumJob SummaryThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all maintenance activities across company sites, ensuring machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.The role focuses on preventative maintenance, breakdown response, statutory compliance, contractor management, and continuous improvement to minimise downtime and support production demands. The Maintenance Manager will also support new machinery installations, capital projects, and ensure full compliance with HSE, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, LEV, CDG/CLP, and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities Maintenance Leadership and PlanningLead and manage all maintenance activities across site(s), ensuring high equipment reliability and minimal operational downtime.Develop, implement, and maintain a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule for all machinery, equipment, and site systems.Plan, prioritise, and allocate maintenance workload to ensure urgent and routine tasks are completed efficiently.Support production planning by ensuring machinery availability aligns with operational requirements.Review maintenance performance and respond effectively to breakdowns and emergency repairs.
