Operating at the cutting edge of manual and robotic wet paint applications, this company supports a diverse client base across sectors including automotive, defence, medical, and consumer goods.Due to continued growth and internal restructuring, the business is strengthening its engineering function and is looking for a driven leader to take ownership of maintenance operations across two sites.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all planned and reactive maintenance activitiesOwn and develop the Preventative Maintenance (PM) scheduleDeliver and oversee engineering projects from concept through to completionProvide regular reports on monthly engineering performance and objectivesDrive improvements in equipment performance and overall site efficiencyEnsure Health and Safety standards are consistently met and maintainedCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across the business Engineering Expertise Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance backgroundAbility to confidently read and interpret technical drawingsExperience in fault finding on pumps, motors, and related systemsKnowledge of pneumatics and fluid logic systemsBackground in automotive or ..... full job details .....
