Maintenance Manager MRO

The OpportunityWe are working with a leading aviation organisation to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for the effective management and oversight of both Line and Base operations.The successful candidate will lead engineering personnel, oversee maintenance performance, support planning and resource allocation, and work closely with Compliance Monitoring to ensure the continued effectiveness of the maintenance operation.Key Responsibilities Oversee and support all areas of Base and Line Maintenance activities Manage the day to day performance and operational discipline of the Engineering Department Lead, manage and develop engineering personnel, ensuring appropriate competence and capability across the team Support the planning of scheduled maintenance, ensuring suitable personnel, tooling, equipment and materials are available Ensure aircraft maintenance is carried out in accordance with approved work specifications, regulatory requirements and company procedures Oversee and manage subcontracted maintenance providers where required Work closely with the Compliance Monitoring function to address audit findings, corrective actions and matters affecting company approvals Attend Engineering and Compliance Monitoring meetings, representing the maintenance function and providing updates on performance and progress Ensure engineering facilities are maintained to the required regulatory and operational standards Support Line Maintenance coverage for ..... full job details .....
