It''s within this team at Marley that we''re recruiting for a Maintenance Manager reporting into our Site Engineering Manager. This role will be integral to the day-to-day running of the site.About the role You will lead a team of 13 direct reports and 4 indirect and operational activities defined in your area, some of which include overall safe operation of plant and equipment, safety, quality, waste and OEE targets and people management. You''ll ensure that process control checks and records are completed to company standards and escalation and management of quality incidents through a non-conformance process, guaranteeing all affected products or material is contained/controlled.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Lead the site Engineering Maintenance team to deliver production plans, service levels and engineering strategy within quality, safety, and cost parameters.Responsible for Major Incident Reports (MIR) and work with peers to get to the root cause of significant/complex equipment failures and ensure that robust countermeasures are put in place.Implement and deliver the engineering strategy that will develop and drive ..... full job details .....
