This is a hands-on role, responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance and efficiency of plant machinery and production equipment. Working closely with production and engineering teams, you will take responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment. Diagnose and rectify complex electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime. Fault find on PLC-controlled systems, motor control circuits, variable speed drives, contactors, sensors and three-phase electrical systems. Maintain and repair mechanical systems including gearboxes, chains, belts, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, conveyors and precision assemblies. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, technical manuals and engineering documentation.
