The role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and day-to-day performance. Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising safety or quality standards. Enhance plant reliability through analysis of maintenance data and application of improvement methodologies and inspection techniques. Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance histories, and documentation within relevant systems. Monitor and analyse departmental KPIs to identify performance improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with management systems, change control processes, procurement procedures, and technical standards.
