Engineering / Maintenance Manager Location: Tewkesbury Hours: 45 hours per week Week Pattern: Mon-Fri Salary: £65,000 per annum The Company Our client is a well-established, independent food manufacturing business with a long-standing reputation for quality, customer service, and supporting local supply chains. The Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering / Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at a key production site. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of all plant, equipment, and facilities. You will lead a team of engineers while working closely with production and senior leadership to support operational goals. This will be a split of Leadership/management and hands on responsibilities so if you are looking for a role with this split this will suit you.
