You will be responsible for the day to day facilities management and work as a member of the team providing a front line response in both planned and reactive maintenance service in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with our stakeholders. You will assist in ensuring the property is managed and operated in line with relevant legislation , service level agreements and agreed operating principles which support the achievement of our company goal to be industry leading in service levels to students, parents and stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Maintenance Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
