About the Role

As

Maintenance Manager , you''ll be responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of the hotel''s facilities - from guest rooms and public areas to spa, pool, and leisure amenities. This is a proactive and varied role, ideal for someone with both technical know-how and the ability to effectively plan, prioritise and lead day-to-day maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance duties across the property

Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations

Lead and motivate a small maintenance team to deliver consistently high standards

Liaise with contractors and suppliers where needed

Implement and maintain maintenance schedules and logs

Act quickly and efficiently to resolve guest-impacting issues

What We''re Looking For:

Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality maintenance role

Trade skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar) desirable

Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards

Strong task scheduling and project coordination skills

A hands-on, positive, can-do approach to daily challenges

Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure
