This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to take the lead on maintenance operations, manage a skilled team and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maximising equipment reliability, minimising downtime and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. A relocation package is available for the successful candidate.Maintenance ManagerSalary - up to 75,000 Location - CornwallResponsibilities:Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, leading and developing the team to maximise equipment reliability and minimise production downtime.Champion health, safety, food safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies and audit requirements.Review maintenance performance and implement preventative maintenance strategies and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.Manage engineering expenditure, oversee budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver cost savings.Coordinate capital investment and continuous improvement projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed budgets and timescales.Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors, supporting operational continuity and deputising for the Engineering Manager when ..... full job details .....
