Key responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager: Provide Maintenance Manager cover across the South Yorkshire sites. Develop and deliver long-term maintenance strategies to improve reliability and performance. Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations to eliminate recurring issues. Implement condition-based monitoring and enhance planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes. Analyse CMMS data, downtime trends and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Support production process improvements to maximise equipment reliability and output. Develop, implement and maintain maintenance standards and best practices. Maintenance Manager experience required: Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role. A successful track record within a manufacturing or maintenance environment, ideally within woodworking, FMCG or packaging. Experience implementing or supporting the roll-out of Continuous Improvement initiatives. Lean Six Sigma qualifications/certificate (desirable) A Full UK driving licence.
