As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service across multiple railway stations in the South-East. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards in health and safety, customer service, quality assurance, and statutory compliance. You will oversee adherence to NG Bailey systems and procedures to maintain operational excellence, while leading from the front in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic, multi-skilled team and drive performance across a live rail contract. The role requires a Personal Trackside Safety (PTS) qualification, which will be provided through training.
