Maintenance Manager - ElectricalPermanent and Full Time An established large-scale estate is seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to lead the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused electrical maintenance service across a complex, multi-site environment.This role is responsible for managing an in-house electrical team, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and acting as a key technical authority for low and high voltage systems. Key ResponsibilitiesLine management of an in-house electrical maintenance team, including apprenticesAllocation and coordination of reactive and planned maintenance worksManagement of performance against SLAs and KPIs using a CAFM systemActing as a Lead Authorised Person for Low and High Voltage systemsEnsuring compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations, 18th Edition, PUWER and HandS legislationManaging contractors, permits to work, audits and performance reviewsBudget monitoring, procurement and invoice approval About YouQualified in an electrical discipline (minimum NVQ Level 3)18th Edition and 2391 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent)Proven experience managing electrical maintenance on a large or complex siteStrong people management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skillsLow Voltage Authorised Person (High Voltage experience desirable) What''s On OfferPermanent, full-time role (35 hours per week)On-call allowance (c. 3,800 per annum)Additional duty ..... full job details .....
