Maintenance ManagerEllesmere PortMonday to FridayUp to 50,000 Additional Hours If Required We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Manager to join a market leading company within their field. Reporting directly to the Group Engineering Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. Role Description:Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance across engineering operationsPlan and oversee preventative maintenance activities and schedulesImprove machinery performance, availability and overall production efficiencyInvestigate recurring faults and breakdowns, putting effective corrective actions in placeManage, support and develop the engineering teamOversee external contractors, critical spares and engineering expenditureIdentify opportunities to improve processes, minimise downtime and increase equipment performanceSkills and Qualifications:Formal engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualificationHNC or HND in an engineering discipline would be advantageousBackground working within a manufacturing or ..... full job details .....
