One of the UK''s leading food producers needs a new Maintenance Manager.
They''re big, profitable, and investing heavily in people and kit.
This is about keeping a fast-paced site running smoothly - machinery, team, audits, budgets, all of it. You''ll report into the Engineering Manager but lead your own crew day-to-day. That means recruitment, performance, development, the lot. You''ll also play a key role in site audits (BRC, GMP, AIG etc.) and in shaping procedures that actually work.
The current CMMS system isn''t bad - they just need someone who knows how to get the most from it. Same with the team. The bones are there - they need sharper structure, better reporting, and fewer surprises on shift.
You''ll need:

• Food manufacturing experience
• Strong people management skills
• IOSH (NEBOSH even better)
• Engineering quals - multi-skilled preferred
• Solid CMMS knowledge
• A record of improving maintenance and cutting downtime
