Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: -45,000 - -48,000 per annum

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee planned and preventative maintenance across a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment. This role will suit someone with strong hands-on skills and experience managing maintenance activities within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage planned and preventative maintenance schedules
  
  
• Carry out repairs, servicing, and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices
  
  
• Provide technical support and oversee contractors when required
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out
  
  

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition, 2393 Part P, 2365 Electrical Installations or equivalent
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
  
• Proven experience with pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, and air handling units
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems
  
  
• Strong background in fault finding and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
  
  
• IPAF Category 3B
