Lead Maintenance Across 7 UK Distribution Sites.
Are you an experienced PPM Maintenance Manager with a track record of building planned preventative maintenance systems from scratch?
Do you have proven success in reducing downtime, cutting costs, and improving maintenance efficiency across multi-site operations?
If so, this role offers the chance to take ownership of maintenance strategy across 7 UK distribution centres – with the freedom to design, implement, and improve preventative maintenance systems that deliver measurable results. Also, we are looking for future succession planning, and this person could step into the National Operations Manager position in the future, which comes with an attractive salary uplift.
Why Join Us?
- Starting Salary - £55,000
- Use of Company van to travel between sites + all travel fully expensed (fuel, hotels if an occasional overnight stay is required, unlimited food and drink budget)
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (33 total)
- Pension + dental & health plan
- No weekends or overtime required
- SHIRE PPM refresher training course offered upon starting.
You’ll lead PPM strategy across the 7 distribution sites, in Suffolk, West Midlands, Kent, Essex, East Midlands, and Wales
