Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance-Manager who is looking for their next challenge. My client is rapidly investing in future projects which will consequently involve the site''s Engineering Manager, therefore we are looking for someone who can support and develop alongside the business during this period.-

The role is divided between 4 key factors/responsibilities:

• Continuous improvement
• Planned Maintenance
• Recording and reporting
• People management (coaching & Mentoring your team-of 8 Engineers)

As the Engineering Maintenance-Manager, you will be responsible for planning maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and to improve production efficiency. You will be heavily involved with new projects which consists of new line installation and factory modifications.-
Alongside this you will ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health and safety/food safety regulations and legislations.

The Candidate:

• We are looking for a Maintenance-Manager with 3 years of experience.
• Ideally with 3+ years of food manufacturing/FMCG experience.
• Fantastic communication and organisational skills.
