The postholder will be accountable for the whole engineering team and for the safe, compliant and reliable delivery of planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance across all building services, while also acting as the site''s mechanical technical authority.This is a senior, site-based leadership role. We would prefer candidates with a mechanical engineering background, given the scale and criticality of the stadium''s mechanical plant. However, the role is not limited to mechanical services: the successful candidate will lead, organise and develop the engineering team across all disciplines, establish consistent maintenance standards, improve visibility of compliance and asset risk, and support safe, reliable event delivery within this complex, high-footfall venue.
