Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in training for you, upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!The RoleAs a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage a team of 15 engineers, ensuring all maintenance is performed to top quality standardsLeading Continuous Improvement ProjectsEnsure all records on CMMS are kept up to date, and suggesting improvementsMonitoring records of Reactive and Planned Preventative MaintenanceDealing with 1 to 1s, holiday requests, rota queries and other man management responsibilities About YouThe ideal Maintenance Manager will have the following: A recognised engineering qualificationSome experience leading a maintenance teamA sound understanding of projects, Continuous Improvement and CMMSPrevious COMAH experience is beneficial, though not essential Company BenefitsThe company also ..... full job details .....
